    Rodrigo Reis

    Founder and Director

    Rodrigo has worked for numerous international organisations including the United Nations Special Unit for South-South Cooperation, the Tunisian-Italian Chamber of Commerce, and the European Youth Parliament. Winner of the Undergraduate Parliamentor Fellowship, he was mentored for one year by Andrew George MP, engaging in British politics at the House of Commons while assisting a range of local projects raising political awareness.

     

    Whilst completing his academic formation he studied in North America, Europe and Asia, including the Beijing Normal University and the American Istanbul University, both with full scholarship provided by the respective governments. He graduated in International Studies from the Goldsmiths College – University of London.

    Gabriela Amaral

    International Development Coordinator

    Gabriela has lived in both Germany and Italy as part of exchange programme at the Universität des Saarlandes, Germany. She is passionate about foreign cultures and languages having visited 20 countries and learned 6 different languages to various degrees.
    As part of her professional experience she acted as Minister of Economy in the Brazilian delegation to the G8/G20 Youth Summit 2012 held in Washington D.C. Gabriela is a current student of International Relations at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in São Paulo, Brazil.

    Ana Batista

    National Development Coordinator

    Ana Batista has done an internship at Malta’s Consulate, has held some volunteer work at the NGO World Vision, both located in Recife, Brazil. She has participated in the first edition of the G20 Youth Summit Brazil as part of the Development Committee.
    Her academic formation has been in Brazil and Holland – University FIR – Faculdade Integrada do Recife, studying International Relations and INHolland University of Applied Sciences, School of Economics, studying International Business and Culture.

    Lorenz Insam

    European Development Coordinator

    Lorenz has worked for various international organizations including the United Nations in Geneva and New York and for the German International Cooperation Agency in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). His experience includes conducting different global outreach projects and youth related events in several countries in Europe and Asia.

    Lorenz is a regular contributor to newspapers writing about European and Global Affairs, and is an active member of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. Lorenz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Padua and a Master’s in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva.

    Marco Novello

    Digital Marketing Coordinator

    Marco has previously worked as a paralegal in a law firm established in Italy, having also performed as an insurance broker assistant in London for a Lloyd’s certified broker. His enthusiasm about cultural differences and eagerness to have a well rounded academic experience brought him to live in different countries in the past years.

    He obtained a bachelor degree in Law with focus on European union law, furthermore attaining his master’s degree in International Bussiness at Hult International Business School, London.
